Samuel Hügli founded Alpen Strategy after more than a decade leading operations, finance, and strategy across venture-backed startups and global financial institutions.

He has served as SVP Operations / Chief of Staff at a healthcare technology company, guided multiple venture rounds, and helped organizations reduce burn, scale teams, and build investor-ready structures.

Born and raised in Switzerland and now based in the Greater Chicago Area, Samuel combines Swiss precision with an operator’s mindset — bringing clarity, empathy, and momentum to every engagement.
